Organization of scientific events such as conferences, training seminars, round tables, debates, workshops, to help attract technical assistance projects and modernization by the international community in the areas of security, justice and defence.
Launching of initiatives, projects, which could facilitate and foster experience sharing and transfer of recommendations from the regional and international actors and organizations.
Facilitate coordination between institutions of security sector and civil society over the management of public policy point of view, as more active involvement in the planning of programmes and activities in the justice, defence and security sectors.
Cooperation with regional and international organizations and NGOs to support the process of reforms on security system and justice, and address the issues of reform in those areas.
