DECISION MAKING AUTHORITIES

Foundation Council - the supreme body, which sets out directions and principles of the Foundation activity.

Responsibilities and tasks of the Foundation Council

• Drawing up, analyzing and approval of the directions of activities of Foundation and the means of their implementation;

• Approval of the Foundation Budget;

• Creation of the divisions of PRISA Foundation and approval of their regulations of activity in accordance with the Foundation’s statute;

• Administration of the Foundation patrimony and matters regarding its maintenance;

• Evidence of the Foundation patrimony and legality of the financial operations.

• Approval of the Reports of activities of the Foundation.

Foundation Council Chairman is representing the Foundation in relations with individuals and legal entities within the country and abroad and is ensuring the accomplishment of activities and decisions of the Foundation Council.

Financial Audit represents the control body in charge of supervision of the activities and using of Foundation’s financial means.
